Our Return Policy

We want you to love your PRB piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unworn, unwashed items in original condition
  • Items with original tags attached
  • Items returned within 30 days of the delivery date

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Sale items and items purchased with a discount code greater than 30% off
  • Digital downloads (music, digital files)
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color where available. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and note your preferred replacement in your message. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A description of the problem

We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. PRB is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
