Track Your PRB Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

How to Track

  1. Check your email — look for a shipping confirmation from PRB. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
  2. Find your tracking number — it's included in the shipping confirmation email.
  3. Visit the carrier's website — enter your tracking number on the carrier's tracking page (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your shipping method).

My Tracking Shows Delivered But I Haven't Received My Package

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Look in any secure package areas or mailboxes
  • Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early
  • Contact your local post office with your tracking number
  • If still unresolved after 48 hours, contact us and we'll help investigate

Haven't Received a Tracking Email?

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. If it's been more than 5 business days and you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
