Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (sales, new drops, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout.
PRB is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If you have questions about customs fees in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us through our contact page.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PRB is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. PRB is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order ships.
