Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.  
During peak seasons or high‑volume periods, processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.

Estimated delivery windows:

- United States (Standard): 3–7 business days  
- United States (Expedited): 2–3 business days  
- International Standard: 7–21 business days (varies by region)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen events.

Print‑on‑Demand Fulfillment
Some items are produced and shipped through trusted third‑party fulfillment partners.  
This allows us to offer premium, made‑to‑order products. Because of this:

- Items in your order may ship separately  
- Tracking numbers may update at different times  
- Production times may vary slightly by product

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.  
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.  
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping information at checkout.  
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier.  
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist with a resolution.

As a print-on-demand store, all products are made to order. For any issues with your order (defects, damage, or wrong items), please contact Printify support directly at printify.com/help with your order details and photos.
